At Preserve Our Tales, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✔️ Be in the same condition as received (unused, unmarked, and in original packaging).
✔️ Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Personalized or customized items.
❌ Gift cards or digital products.
❌ Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at 📧 contact@preserveourtales.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • (If applicable) A photo of the item if it arrived damaged

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔️ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Rejected refunds (if the item is not in its original condition) will not be eligible for a refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or contact us at contact@preserveourtales.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@preserveourtales.com within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@preserveourtales.com with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1️⃣ Check your bank account.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
3️⃣ If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at contact@preserveourtales.com.
